The benefits of fruit in cosmetics are many. They are super rich in antioxidants and vitamins, thus they can easily reduce the signs of skin aging. Today I'm going to share three recipes to pamper your skin and completely rejuvenate it from the inside out. So, let's get started!

Strawberry face mask

Mash 250 grams of fresh fruit with a fork and strain through cheesecloth. A pinch of baking soda and a few drops of alcohol are added to the strawberry juice, after which everything is mixed well. Add 1/4 cup of milk. The resulting mixture can be stored in the refrigerator for several days. Every morning, the face is cleaned with it, and after 10 minutes it is washed with water at room temperature.


Blueberry face mask
Cranberries contain vitamin A and C, slow aging and support the skin. That is why I present to you a quick and easy option for a homemade face mask with blueberries.
Toning mask with blueberries and cream
3 tbsp. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
3 tbsp. sour cream

Mash the blueberries and mix them with the cream. Mix the mixture well and apply on the face. If you want, in addition to toning the skin and cleaning it, you can make the mask slightly abrasive (with an exfoliating effect). This will happen if you mash the blueberries with a fork instead of pureeing them. Leave the mask on for 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water. If your skin is very sensitive, I recommend that you boil the blueberries in a little water for a minute, then strain and puree them.

Face mask with honey and lemon
Honey has incredible nutritional and healing properties. It has a natural antibacterial effect and contains powerful nourishing enzymes. Honey and lemon together are a great combination for a useful and effective face mask that you can make at home easily and anytime. All you need is half a lemon and two tablespoons of honey.
Squeeze the lemon and put the honey in it. Mix and apply to a pre-cleansed face with light circular movements. Avoid the eye area and watch your hair because the mask is quite sticky. Leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes, then wash it off.

There is nothing better than a natural mask, without additives and chemicals. You can use it two to three times a week for a great face look.
